Wing Chun Praha
About Wing Chun Praha
Wing Chun Praha belongs to the "Hong Kong" Wing Chun line, which represents the world-famous Yip Man and his pupils, namely the legendary Chu Shong Tin and his pupil Grand Master Jim Fung.
Wing Chun is growing in popularity for many reasons. In the early years, Wing Chun offers simple but effective self-defense, a natural increase in self-confidence and an increased sense of security when dealing with conflict situations. In the following years of training, everyone appreciates the emphasis on relaxation, deepening concentration and keeping fit.
A friendly and constructive atmosphere is a prerequisite for maximizing the growth potential of the individual and the whole group.

Since his return he has been promoting Wing Chun kung fu in the Czech Republic and teaching his students at Wing Chun Praha. After the death of his master Jim Fung (+2007), he continued his training with Grand Master Chu Shong Tin (+2015) in Hong Kong.
Currently he is continuing his own Wing Chun kung fu training with a number of Hong Kong masters from Yip Man - Chu Shong Tin lineage.
Organization of teaching
Wing Chun Praha offers a sophisticated teaching system that is a modified version of the curriculum compiled by Grand Master Jim Fung for the International Wing Chun Academy.
Beginners and intermediate students are organized into groups matching their skill level (Grade 1-6). Each Grade has set a program of specific topics, techniques and practical applications that need to be managed.
This detailed curriculum allows the student to have always an overview of the subject matter. In the case of absence, the student is clear about what has been practiced and is able to fill his gaps individually.
Advanced students continue their trainings with an individual program (Level 1-3).
